Arthur D. Little Amsterdam offers internships for talented students nearing the completion of their Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, as well as for recent graduates. As a Business Analyst Intern, you will join one of our project teams for a period of 3 to 6 months (full-time), starting between August and December 2025, with the specific start date to be agreed upon mutually. Interns at Arthur D. Little are treated as integral team members, often working alongside junior consultants and receiving continuous coaching and support.
Enrolment in or completion of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a strong quantitative or analytical component (e.g., Engineering, Science, Business, Economics)
Excellent academic performance throughout your studies
Leadership experience or impactful extracurricular involvement (e.g., student association, entrepreneurial initiative)
Relevant internship or work experience in business or consulting environments
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset
A collaborative team spirit with strong interpersonal skills in an international environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
Full working proficiency in English. Dutch or other European language skills are considered a plus
Availability to work full-time for at least 3 months
As an Intern at Arthur D. Little, you will:
Join a project team and contribute directly to strategic assignments for one of our clients
Take ownership of deliverables and conduct in-depth analysis
Translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations
Present findings to team members and, occasionally, clients
Receive continuous feedback from experienced consultants and a dedicated mentor
Gain exposure to various industries, innovation topics, and strategic challenges
Occasionally travel to client sites (within the Netherlands or elsewhere in Europe)
